Inspect work activity history

Read recorded transitions, assignments and field updates.

How to use this function

1. Sign in with a role allowed to access work orders.
2. Open Work orders and choose Inspect work activity history.
3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
4. Complete or review these controls: Work order reference, Activity history.
5. Read recorded transitions, assignments and field updates.
6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
