How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access field work.
  2. Open Field work and choose Put work on hold.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Work order, Hold reason.
  5. Record an on-hold action for in-progress work.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
